Frame steel is made from 4mm thick Q235 international standard profiles. Surface treatments include acid removal, phosphating and hot dip galvanizing that provide strong corrosion resistance. Corrosion resistance is rated as Level 10 according to SGS Salt Spray Test report.

Car wash device installation is a process that must be carefully planned for the system to work efficiently, safely and long-lasting. The area where the device will be mounted must be exactly suitable for installation measurement values.

Before installation, vehicle entry and exit directions, payment point and device location should be considered in area planning. The direction of the vehicle entering the device relative to the payment point should be positioned perpendicular to the device entrance. This arrangement facilitates vehicle flow and provides maximum efficiency in washing operations.

Also, vehicle arrival and exit paths should be correctly calculated according to the device layout. Proper planning both increases user safety and ensures continuity of device performance.
